Camera and optics design, video imagery compression and data transmission solutions

Abstract of the Offer

VTV is looking to find synergies within the space sector suppling its knowledge, expertise and manufacturing/assembly capabilities to either be directly making and supplying pre-defined camera sensory equipment for rack mount into cube sats for example or alternatively to work with another entity on production of the same. We are looking bridge the gap between our harsh environment electronics design capabilities in the oil and gas industry and to use those capabilities to use on our passion for space borne projects.

Description

We currently design optical camera systems which operate in environments of up to 16.5k PSI and Temps of -80 to plus 150 degrees C. To do this with have a high level of knowledge in the development of pressure containers and harsh environment electronic devices enabling our proprietary optical camera elements to gather and modulate compressed and encoded data and meta data onto very narrow bandwidths, without detriment to quality of image whilst maintaining the best frame rates and resolution/contrasts possible.

Advantages and Innovations

Our knowledge of video compression algorithms coupled with our ability to design box ready optical products for deployment enable us to provide optical sensing solutions across the visible and UV/IR multi spectrum. We currently have un-paralleled successes in not only designing the harsh environment electronics for these applications but are also adept at the design and production of the hardware to house our optical solutions. We foresee many crossovers with our experience in the design of optical monitoring solutions required by the ever growing small sat sector in the monitoring of earth bound objects, agriculture or environmental etc. We have always prided ourselves on finding the most unique and elegant solution whilst maintain strict budgets and operating lean strategies where possible.
